Livingood Insurance ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through this website and in providing insurance services. As an insurance agency, we also follow the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act and the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which govern nonpublic personal information collected in connection with insurance transactions. Policyholders receive a separate privacy notice from the insurer that issues their policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, phone, email, ZIP code, property address, business details and the details of your request.
• Information used to quote and service insurance, such as vehicle, driver, property, business and prior insurance information, collected when you work with us or the insurer.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by our web server for security and operation.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment card numbers or health information through our website forms, email or text.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, prepare quotes and help you obtain and service insurance or bonds.
• To communicate with you by phone, email or, with your consent, text message.
• To operate, secure and improve this website and prevent fraud or spam.
• To comply with legal, regulatory and licensing obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to serve you, including with:

• Insurance companies, the California FAIR Plan, surety companies and wholesale brokers, to quote, place and service coverage.
• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, phone and email providers and website host, under obligations to protect the information.
• Government agencies, regulators or others when required by law.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we will text you about your quote or policy service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-party quoting platforms

Some links on this site take you to third-party platforms, including Bolt (personal lines quoting), NEXT Insurance (business insurance), BondExchange (surety bonds) and Ethos (life insurance). Information you enter on those sites is collected by those companies under their own privacy policies. Please review them before submitting information.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies and server logs needed to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy. Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google under its own privacy policy.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements that apply to insurance agencies.

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
