Are you an independent agency?
Yes. We work with multiple insurance companies and quoting platforms rather than representing a single insurer.
Is an online quote the same as coverage?
No. A quote is an estimate based on the information provided. Coverage is not in force until the application is accepted, any required payment is made, and coverage is confirmed in writing.
Why do some buttons take me to other websites?
We use trusted third-party platforms to quote certain lines: Bolt for personal lines, NEXT Insurance for small business, BondExchange for surety bonds and Ethos for life insurance. Those sites have their own privacy policies and terms.
How are you paid?
Like most agencies, we are generally paid a commission by the insurance company on policies we place. Commission rates can vary by insurer and product. You may request information about compensation related to your policy.
How do I get a FAIR Plan policy?
Call us or send the request form on our California FAIR Plan page. FAIR Plan applications are handled by our office.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on communities within 50 miles of Yuba City, including Sutter, Yuba, Butte, Colusa, Placer, Nevada and Yolo counties. We are licensed in California.
Can I make a policy change by email or text?
You can send us the request, but no change is effective until we or the insurer confirm it in writing.
How do I file a claim?
Contact your insurance company's claims line, which is listed on your policy documents or ID card. Visit our Claims page for more help, or call us.
Should I include my Social Security number on your forms?
No. Please do not send Social Security, driver's license or payment card numbers through our website forms, email or text.
